Jazz Nights in the Heights at Trailside Event Center, second floor of Trefzger's Bakery, 4416 N. Prospect Road, Peoria Heights.
The Water Street Stompers bring the spirit of Mardi Gras to Peoria with an enjoyable set of traditional New Orleans Jazz. Led by Dr. Todd Kelly of Bradley University, the group also includes Harlan Geiser on trombone, Doug Stewart on sax and clarinet, Carl Bopp on piano, Jason Shea on bass, and Jeremy Clark on drums.

The Central Illinois Jazz Society House Band will play during the first set, under the leadership of Larry Harms - sax
. The CIJS House Band features outstanding jazz musicians from the area. They will present a mixture of jazz styles. For more information visit www.cijs.org or call 243-1582. Beverages will be available but no food for purchase at this live jazz program.
