| Brian has been playing Trumpet for over 30 years, a native of Joliet, Illinois who now resides in Bloomington/Normal. Brian has a Bachelor degree in Music from Illinois State University. He has performed in the ISU Jazz Band, Madrigals and Creative Arts Ensemble. Brian is a freelance musician who has performed with The Tony Barron Orchestra, Johnny K Orchestra, Prairieland Dixie Band, The Aristocrats, Ron Scott Orchestra, Jim Markum Swing Band, Al Pierson Big Band USA, and The Originals, He has also performed with the Bloomington/Normal Community band, Community Players Theatre (Bloomington) and his performed for weddings and played in the St. Johns Lutheran Church Brass Choir.
Currently Brian Performs with the Heartland Jazz Orchestra , Central Illinois Jazz Orchestra
, State Farm Employee Activities Big Band, He also performs with his own band, The Brian Choban Jazz Quintet.
