| Began playing throughout Illinois in 1960s with R B groups. Chair of the Trustees of WGLT radio (Peoria and Bloomington) News, Blues and All That Jazz. Performs regularly with Heartland Jazz Orchestra, the Union League Club (Chicago) jazz house band, and his trio. Sessioned with groups including national and Chicago artists Jack McDuff, Spider Saloff, Jimmy Ellis, Bob Sentano, Marlene Rosenberg, Cat and Kevin Hermaneck, Andrew Basa, Paul Basa, and Steve Thomas; and many local artists Lou Rosado, Trefan Owen and Bill Schlipf. |
